Life is a beauty, yet to be discovered

Every time we have to pull through a rough patch,

we become blind to all the good happenings

and instead, tend to muse only about the sorrows;

the hardship;

the misery.

However,

we fail to see the joyful times;

to live in the moment;

and to treasure the good times.

Only when we are forced to overcome challenges do we test our limits,

realise our utmost potential and

be grateful for those who stand with us through our ups and downs.

There will be no diamonds if there isn't any dark mines, isn't it?

Hi friends,

I just wanted to assure you that the tough times that you might be going through now will not last forever and that there will be an end to it. Just remember to persevere and take those challenges in your stride. Whenever you feel like giving up, always be reminded that,

'There will be no rainbows, if there is no rain'.

The tough times you are going through now is just a test of your ability, to set you on the path to achieve even greater heights, to ensure you value your loved ones who stand by you throughout this tough period and to let you know how grateful you should be.

Here is a list of a few things that might help us:

Firstly, whenever you feel overwhelmed, take things one step at a time. Usually, we get overwhelmed by the huge amount of tasks that we have pending. However, by writing down the various deadlines and thinking of them one after another might help. We might want to start to complete the few tasks that are due today, then the tasks due tomorrow and then the task that are due the week after. Well, instead of getting exhausted by attempting to complete everything in one day, it might be better if we set more reasonable goals.
